This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile in United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in iOS to lead the development of next-generation mobile applications. In this role, you will architect scalable frameworks, deliver high-performance features, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to optimize workflows and app performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and influence technical direction while ensuring exceptional user experiences. Accountabilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance native iOS applications using Swift. Architect scalable mobile frameworks and features that support thousands of users daily. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver business-impacting solutions. Leverage AI-assisted tools (LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance code quality, development speed, and application performance. Integrate GraphQL to efficiently connect mobile clients with backend services. Mentor and guide fellow engineers, promoting best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance optimization. Apply advanced knowledge of TCA and shared state patterns to improve iOS app performance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on iOS. Expert proficiency in Swift and experience with SwiftUI. Proven experience in architecting and designing mobile applications or frameworks at scale. Hands-on experience with GraphQL and modern mobile development patterns like TCA or MVI. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise or GitHub Actions and end-to-end automation testing. Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Preferred: Master’s or PhD, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and technical leadership experience.
