We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Engineer to join a mission-driven team focused on building scalable, impactful web applications. In this role, you will contribute across the entire stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, while collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams. Accountabilities Independently design, develop, and maintain new features across the web application stack. Lead technical initiatives to improve code quality, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Apply creative problem-solving to address ambiguous challenges in a rapidly evolving product environment. Explore and integrate AI/ML tools to enhance user experience and functionality. Contribute to technical discussions on architecture, system design, and tooling decisions. 5+ years of experience building production systems for complex web applications. Strong proficiency with modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and AWS. Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers. Familiarity with API design, cloud infrastructure, performance optimization, continuous integration, and automated testing. Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, APIs, or tools and interest in applying them in production. Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with early-stage product development. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in startups, fintech, or SaaS environments is a plus.
