As a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, you will play a leading role in building cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions that empower organizations to manage data and infrastructure at scale. You will collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product leaders to deliver impactful tools that solve complex challenges in data governance, publishing, and consumption. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in a fast-moving environment. You will be working with modern programming languages, cloud platforms, and open-source technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications that transform the way businesses operate in the cloud. Accountabilities · Lead diverse technology projects and mentor a team of developers focused on microservices and full-stack systems. · Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences. · Apply expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Node, TypeScript, and Go to build scalable applications. · Utilize container orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud tools (AWS, Azure) to develop and deploy solutions. · Stay current with emerging technology trends, share knowledge within the engineering community, and contribute to continuous innovation. · Engage in code reviews, best practices, and agile methodologies to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects. · Occasionally code, evaluate code quality, and provide technical direction to ensure robust system design and performance. · Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. · At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering. · Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Node, TypeScript, or Go). · Experience with open-source frameworks and cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. · Familiarity with distributed microservices, full-stack development, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). · Solid background in agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. · Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support. · Competitive base salary: $144,200 – $164,600 annually, depending on location and experience. · Eligibility for performance-based incentives including cash bonuses and long-term incentives. · Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision). · Retirement savings plan with company match. · Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements including remote options. · Career development opportunities, mentorship, and ongoing technical training. · Inclusive workplace culture with equal opportunity policies and strong diversity commitment.
