Accountabilities: As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for: Designing and implementing frontend solutions for web and mobile platforms using modern frameworks such as React, React Native, and TypeScript. Building performant, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows for risk management. Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate product vision into actionable deliverables. Mentoring team members, promoting coding best practices, and sharing design and architectural knowledge. Contributing to long-term technical direction, platform scalability, and frontend architecture decisions. Ensuring accessibility, usability, and security standards are applied across all user-facing features. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in frontend development. Proven experience shipping user-facing features using component-based frameworks like React. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Jest, React Navigation). Knowledge of frontend performance, security, and usability best practices. Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams throughout the product lifecycle. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Nice to have: experience in financial or compliance-focused platforms, and React Native mobile development.
