This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Dashboard in the United States / Canada (East Coast/ET) or Europe. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on building a modern, collaborative dashboard experience. In this role, you will create, enhance, and optimize a content operations dashboard that brings together multiple product capabilities into a seamless platform. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers, using cutting-edge web technologies like TypeScript, React, and Node.js. This role offers opportunities to influence product architecture, improve user experiences, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will work in a flexible, remote environment, contributing to impactful projects that are used by a global audience. Creativity, problem-solving, and a user-centric mindset are essential to succeed in this position. Accountabilities Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for a collaborative dashboard using React and modern front-end frameworks. Implement reactive front-end systems that reflect real-time changes in content and user interactions. Optimize performance and ensure smooth user experiences across web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to team standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and share knowledge within the team. Continuously improve codebases, APIs, and test coverage while staying current with modern web technologies. Advanced experience with React and at least one supporting framework such as React Router, Remix, or Next.js. Strong understanding of core web and browser concepts, including DOM, HTTP, CDNs, browser APIs, and debugging tools. Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience building scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multi-cultural, and distributed team environment. A pragmatic mindset, focusing on delivering value iteratively while maintaining code quality and architectural integrity. Bonus: Experience using Sanity or other content management systems in production. Work remotely from the United States (East Coast/ET) or Europe with a flexible schedule.
