This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Call Intelligence in United States. In this role, you will contribute to a cutting-edge conversation intelligence platform that analyzes millions of interactions to improve customer support and agent performance. You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team focused on building scalable, production-grade features that deliver measurable business impact. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work across a modern tech stack while directly influencing the design and performance of AI-driven tools. You will engage in code development, refactoring, debugging, and technical leadership, shaping the way customers derive insights from their call data. Accountabilities: Develop new features for a conversation intelligence platform, ensuring reliability and usability for customer-facing applications. Refactor, optimize, and debug existing code to maintain high-quality software. Lead technical projects, including code reviews, design discussions, and implementation oversight. Participate in on-call rotations, monitor metrics, triage alerts, and respond to production issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage work using agile processes. Promote best practices and coding standards across the engineering team, sharing technical knowledge and guidance. 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining customer-facing software features. Strong experience with TypeScript and React for building production-grade UI applications. Familiarity with Python is a plus; experience with production environments is highly valued. Experience leading technical projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams. Understanding of cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning across a full tech stack. Experience with LLM prompt tuning or AI/ML systems is a plus but not required.
