You will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining critical backend systems for financial transactions, enabling seamless trading experiences at scale. The role is ideal for someone passionate about C++ development, distributed systems, and trading technologies. \n Accountabilities: Develop and maintain core software components for the trading engine and related services. Design and implement solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Mitigate risks and enhance security for both systems and data. Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code for high-volume, low-latency applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap objectives and deliver high-quality products. Communicate effectively within a globally distributed team to align on priorities and solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with modern C++ development. Strong proficiency in Linux environments and experience with distributed or highly concurrent systems. Familiarity with Python, Rust, and SQL is highly preferred. Knowledge of trading systems, order types, and financial products is desirable. Experience in profiling and optimizing code for CPU, memory, and network performance. Familiarity with cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies is a plus. BS in a technical or quantitative field.
