Accountabilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain custom web applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps processes. Review and provide feedback on code, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability. Engage with clients to understand business needs and estimate project timelines and effort. Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog management, and CI/CD pipeline optimization. Mentor team members and share technical knowledge through sessions and collaborative discussions. Advanced experience with Microsoft stack web development: C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in at least one area: backend, frontend, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), database design, or Azure infrastructure. Proven track record leading software development projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of architectural patterns for scalable and maintainable software. Experience with agile methodologies and development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills. Nice-to-have: Blazor, React or other JS frameworks, CMS platforms (Umbraco, Sitecore, Contentful), cross-platform mobile development, consulting experience.
