As a Senior ServiceNow SPM Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, development, and integration of scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise-wide business objectives. You will provide strategic architectural guidance, enforce integration standards, and ensure that systems operate seamlessly across applications, platforms, and third-party solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and operations to translate requirements into effective, efficient, and secure solutions. You will also mentor teams, guide decision-making around integration priorities, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance business processes and improve operational outcomes. Your work will directly influence the performance, reliability, and innovation of enterprise systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Accountabilities • Develop and enforce integration architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices across applications and third-party systems. • Lead architecture discussions for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and business requirements. • Create and maintain reference architecture documentation, including data flows, integration patterns, and system models. • Collaborate with business, application, and operations teams to provide integration process consulting and guidance. • Participate in enterprise architecture discussions to align solutions with long-term strategic objectives. • Evaluate emerging technologies, assessing their practical application to improve business processes and operational models. • Conduct architecture reviews for integration-related business requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. • 4-6 years of relevant experience in integration architecture, system design, or related roles. • Experience with integration platforms such as Anypoint or similar middleware solutions. • Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using tools like Mulesoft and APIs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, collect data, and draw actionable conclusions. • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and attention to detail, even under pressure. • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
