In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in business processes and the ServiceNow platform to deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, while ensuring development work meets quality standards. This position requires a balance of hands-on technical work, documentation, and leadership, guiding junior team members and coordinating sprint activities. You will contribute to solution design, client workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, all within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and functional documentation. Assist with client demos, workshops, and working sessions to validate solutions. Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and project artifacts. Serve as the primary point of contact for sprint work, coordinating with other analysts and business process consultants. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Support SDLC-related ceremonies and project governance activities. Requirements: Extensive business process experience across multiple ServiceNow suites, including ITSM. Strong functional knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools. Prior development and/or architecture experience preferred. ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and organizational abilities. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
