This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Service Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you will take full ownership of customer issues and lead the charge in complex troubleshooting efforts. Your technical expertise will drive critical incident resolution and influence product and service enhancements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product reliability and customer satisfaction, thereby fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your leadership in escalations and support processes will help streamline operations and elevate the overall service experience. \n Accountabilities Optimize video conferencing technologies and real-time communication systems, including SIP/H.323 and VoIP. Deliver high-quality, timely RCA's for critical incidents to identify and prevent underlying issues. Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Developers for product quality enhancements. Drive innovation within support workflows to reduce manual effort and improve customer experience. Facilitate customer debugging calls and create troubleshooting documents and best practices. Requirements 6+ years of experience in service engineering, support engineering, or technical operations. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO. Proficiency in API troubleshooting, platform configuration, and RESTful integrations. Ability to understand at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript). Familiarity with SQL queries and knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases. Understanding of UC solutions such as Microsoft Teams or Webex. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux; iOS/Android familiarity.
