As a Senior Service Designer, you will help shape and deliver innovative, human-centered solutions for complex enterprise environments. You will lead the design of services and interfaces, working across the full lifecycle — from stakeholder engagement and discovery to prototyping, execution, and evaluation. Accountabilities Lead discovery and design execution by facilitating interviews, co-design sessions, wireframing, and prototyping. Partner with business and functional leaders to define challenges, prioritize impactful initiatives, and create a long-term design roadmap. Apply design-thinking principles to facilitate collaborative sessions that enhance both customer and employee experience. Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure user-centric, highly usable services and interfaces. Advocate for research-based, human-centered design methods, and guide stakeholders toward a user-first culture. Mentor peers, support hiring efforts, and contribute to the organization’s design community of practice. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, UX design, visual design, or related field; or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of relevant service design or UX experience. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, with current U.S. residency required. Strong background in digital transformation, customer experience, and agile environments. Proven ability to design for data-sensitive products and lead human-centered design initiatives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports and present effectively to diverse audiences. Desired: Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Lightning Web Components. Desired: Familiarity with research operations, user testing, contextual inquiry, and tools such as Dovetail. Competitive salary range: $104,800 – $135,700. Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
