In this role, you will be instrumental in executing sales and business development strategies that drive significant results. You will engage with customers to sell indirect auto lending products and identify cross-selling opportunities, all while maintaining a strong customer-focused discipline. Your expertise will help enhance customer experiences and foster productive relationships with stakeholders, making a lasting impact in the industry. \n Accountabilities Develop solutions and make recommendations based on business strategies and stakeholder needs. Recommend new products and services to satisfy customer needs. Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives. Assist in the development of strategic plans. Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making. Support execution of strategic initiatives with stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert on projects. Coordinate marketing initiatives to integrate business development efforts. Ensure operational integrity related to financing documentation. Maintain a customer-focused discipline to drive results. Requirements 5-7 years of relevant experience with a degree or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of indirect auto lending products and market trends. Expertise in regulatory requirements for indirect auto lending. Strong credit knowledge and experience. Customer pipeline management experience. Excellent leadership and customer service skills. Experience in change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
