You would manage marketing operations infrastructure, campaigns, lead management, and revenue attribution across HubSpot and Salesforce while building scalable workflows and improving go-to-market data.
The role requires 6–10 years in marketing or revenue operations within B2B SaaS, plus hands-on HubSpot administration, Salesforce integration, and conversion tracking expertise.
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing Ops) based in the United States. In this role, you will own the marketing operations infrastructure that connects campaign execution, lead management, conversion tracking, and revenue attribution. You will play a critical role in strengthening the go-to-market engine by ensuring marketing data is accurate, actionable, and consistently connected across platforms. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you will transform ideal customer profile criteria into effective account-based marketing audiences and measurable campaigns. You will take hands-on ownership of HubSpot administration, Salesforce campaign integration, and conversion tracking across multiple advertising channels. As a senior individual contributor, you will have the autonomy to design scalable workflows, improve reporting reliability, and optimize the systems that guide marketing investment decisions. You will join a globally distributed, remote-first technology environment that values technical expertise, clear communication, and continuous process improvement. Your impact will be measured by the quality of your operational systems, the reliability of attribution data, and your ability to turn recurring requests into sustainable solutions. \n Accountabilities: Build and maintain account and contact audiences for account-based marketing (ABM) programs across industries and customer segments, translating ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria into actionable lists in collaboration with Demand Generation and Sales. Own campaign configuration and instrumentation across HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns, including campaign membership, status mapping, and downstream reporting accuracy. Manage lead operations for webinars, events, and field marketing programs, including lead capture, deduplication, suppression, routing, list uploads, and post-event follow-up through standardized, repeatable processes. Serve as the hands-on HubSpot administrator, managing workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, properties, forms, list logic, and user access. Own lead conversion processes and feedback loops, ensuring leads are captured, qualified, routed, and followed up on effectively. Design, implement, and optimize nurture and re-engagement programs, measuring their effectiveness in generating conversions and improving engagement. Manage the marketing-side behavior of the HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, partnering with GTM Systems colleagues responsible for the Salesforce environment to maintain reliable synchronization and data quality. Own Google Tag Manager and website tracking infrastructure, including audits, configuration cleanup, implementation standards, and change control. Implement and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and X, including server-side conversion APIs and offline conversion uploads. Establish and enforce UTM naming conventions and maintain the marketing attribution reporting layer using the semantic layer developed by the GTM Engineering team. Support data enrichment across signup and inbound marketing flows using Clay or comparable tools, including waterfall enrichment logic and strategies for handling incomplete records. Own form optimization and progressive profiling strategies while maintaining effective suppression rules, bounce handling, and consumer-email-domain filtering. Convert recurring operational requests into reusable templates, automated workflows, and self-service solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Document systems, processes, and configurations clearly so other team members can maintain and operate them independently. Evaluate ad hoc requests critically, recommending scalable alternatives when they offer greater long-term value than one-off solutions. Monitor data quality, campaign performance, and attribution reliability, proactively identifying issues and implementing improvements that support informed marketing and revenue decisions. Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Revenue Operations with a strong marketing focus, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated hands-on expertise administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, forms, properties, and list management. This is an execution-focused role requiring direct platform experience. Practical experience with Google Tag Manager and at least one server-side or offline conversion tracking implementation, such as Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn Conversions API, or X conversion tracking. Proven experience developing account-level audiences for ABM programs and translating ICP definitions into accurate, usable marketing lists. Working knowledge of Salesforce, including campaign management, data structures, and the behavior of HubSpot-to-Salesforce synchronization. Experience managing event and webinar lead operations at scale, including lead capture, list uploads, status mapping, data cleanup, and post-event follow-up across multiple events per quarter. Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Clay or comparable platforms, including waterfall enrichment logic and processes for addressing incomplete or inconsistent data. Strong understanding of marketing attribution methodologies, including first-touch and multi-touch attribution, their limitations, and the circumstances in which reporting metrics are directionally useful or unreliable. Demonstrated commitment to building repeatable, scalable operational solutions, supported by concrete examples of process improvements, automation, or standardized workflows. Excellent written communication skills and the confidence to challenge requests constructively while offering practical, scalable alternatives. Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, prioritize competing demands, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoom. Nice to have: SQL skills or familiarity with dbt and semantic-layer concepts. Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Sigma, Looker, or comparable reporting tools. Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Clay, Vector, Apollo, Sendoso, Gong, and Salesforce. Experience working at a B2B SaaS company with approximately $50 million to $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), particularly in an environment where operational processes are being rebuilt or scaled. Experience managing paid media operations and connecting advertising performance data to marketing attribution and revenue reporting. Additional role considerations: Salesforce administration or certification is not required. Experience with DealHub, CPQ systems, revenue forecasting models, or Customer Success operations is not required. Candidates must be authorized to work from their location. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Benefits: Competitive annual salary: $148,000–$200,000 USD for eligible locations across the United States. Location-based compensation: Illustrative salary ranges include $174,000–$200,000 for New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles, and $148,000–$170,000 for Chicago. Transparent compensation practices: Salary offers are determined by factors including geographic location, experience, expertise, role scope, and relevant market benchmarks. Fully remote work: Join a globally distributed, remote-first team with flexibility to work from an approved location within the United States. Professional autonomy: Take ownership of a clearly defined marketing operations domain and make meaningful decisions about systems, processes, and execution. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM Systems to improve the effectiveness of the go-to-market organization. Technology-driven environment: Work with modern marketing automation, analytics, enrichment, CRM, and conversion-tracking platforms. Career development: Strengthen expertise in marketing operations strategy, ABM, attribution, data quality, conversion tracking, and operational automation. Inclusive workplace: Join a team that values diverse perspectives, equitable opportunities, and a respectful environment where employees can contribute and grow. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
