In this role, you will drive new business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships within the insurance sector. Your effective client engagement and satisfaction efforts will be critical in navigating the complexities of the program insurance market. You will work alongside our Business Solutions and Integrated Solutions teams, ensuring the seamless onboarding process which is vital for the success of our agency partners. Your insights will contribute to enhancing our technology offerings, making a significant difference in the way we serve our clients. \n Accountabilities Establish new program business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting, and closing sales. Build and foster relationships with existing clients, identifying issues and ways to grow loan volume. Attend industry trade shows and conferences to source new business leads, travel to prospect/client headquarters as necessary. Implement new lead generation strategies and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Provide market feedback to operations teams to improve product and tech offerings. Efficiently manage travel and entertainment budgets and maintain activity logs in CRM system. Requirements 10 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred. C-Suite level negotiation experience desired. Prior experience managing large national programs. Strong financial acumen and knowledge of the industry. Bachelor's degree required.
