This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of MNTN. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in United States. This role provides the opportunity to lead complex, data-driven initiatives in a fast-paced advertising technology environment. You will manage multiple cross-functional projects, guiding development teams through agile processes and ensuring the timely delivery of product roadmaps. Acting as the bridge between technical teams, product designers, and stakeholders, you will provide visibility into project progress, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate excels at juggling multiple priorities, communicating effectively across teams, and translating technical details into actionable insights, all while fostering team motivation and collaboration. Accountabilities: · Deliver product initiatives on schedule while maintaining quality and alignment with strategic goals. · Translate technical and functional requirements into actionable project plans, sequencing work and managing dependencies. · Track and manage project scopes, timelines, and resources to ensure forecasted deliverability. · Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives. · Document product and feature knowledge for internal team use and cross-team communication. · Collaborate closely with technical leads, engineers, and testers to prioritize, estimate, and validate work. · Analyze team metrics to drive productivity, velocity, and forecast accuracy. · Identify and remove blockers to maintain steady project momentum. · 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional, technical teams in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or SaaS platforms. · Experience with data-driven platforms, audience targeting, and reporting solutions. · Understanding of data flows, APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, and basic analytics principles. · Proficiency in analyzing datasets, generating insights, and producing reports using SQL and BI tools. · Experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks. · Skilled in capacity planning, resource allocation, risk management, and decision-making in fast-paced environments. · Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. · Technical aptitude to discuss concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences. · Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk). · Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus. · 100% remote within the United States. · Flexible vacation policy with annual travel allowance. · Three-day weekends each month. · Competitive salary and comprehensive healthcare coverage. · 401(k) retirement plan. · Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for medical and dependent care. · Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development programs.
