As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and provide visibility into project status to support timely decision-making. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Own and lead the full project management lifecycle, from initial charter development to post-launch review, ensuring seamless delivery against objectives. Lead cross-functional teams, define project scope, identify critical success factors, allocate resources effectively, and develop actionable timelines. Conduct risk assessments, proactively addressing potential obstacles and ensuring project resilience. Facilitate issue escalation and stage-gate approvals, using data and documentation to support decision-making. Manage project intake and portfolio prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Provide consistent visibility into project progress through dashboards, status reports, and executive-level communications. Identify and engage the right leaders for each function or discipline to guarantee successful project execution. Candidates should have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of executive program/project management experience involving multiple functions and disciplines. Experience in consumer products manufacturing highly preferred. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly preferred; Change Management certification is a plus. Strong financial acumen to align change initiatives with project budgets and objectives. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills. Executive influencing skills to effectively work with leaders across levels. Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve, and achieve results under changing conditions. Willingness to travel 15–25% to facilities for key meetings and milestones.
