In this role, you will take the lead on high-impact technology projects within the transportation and logistics sector. Your expertise will help facilitate software implementations that can significantly improve our partners' operations. You'll work closely with installation teams, guiding projects from inception to completion while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Join us and make a real-world impact through your work! \n Accountabilities Lead and provide technical leadership for enterprise-level software implementations, upgrades, and migrations for our customers. Spearhead all aspects of the project lifecycle, from Statements of Work to managing budgets and coordinating teams. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and manage project dependencies to ensure successful project delivery. Build strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the project duration. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity. Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines in a high-pressure environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Team player with strong initiative and independent thinking.
