Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into clear technical programs. Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, product, design, operations, and customer support. Partner with engineering and technical leaders to influence architectural direction and identify risks. Lead program execution from concept through delivery while anticipating risks and enabling teams. Drive process improvements that enhance visibility and strengthen platform reliability. Champion AI adoption by identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into products and workflows. Mentor TPMs and other program leaders, sharing best practices to scale program leadership. Requirements 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in complex, multi-team engineering initiatives. Strong technical fluency across modern engineering practices and software development lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering leaders to influence technical strategy. Proven track record of driving clarity and alignment in high-ambiguity environments. Skilled at translating ambiguous requirements into structured, measurable programs. Exceptional communication skills to engage senior leaders confidently and concisely. Experience using AI tools to accelerate productivity and decision-making processes.
