This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager, Digital Community in the United States. As a Senior Program Manager, Digital Community, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a large-scale online customer community that drives engagement, product adoption, and customer retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Education to build programs that foster learning, advocacy, and meaningful connections. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize community health and impact. You will oversee technology platforms, content, and engagement initiatives, while developing scalable processes to elevate the overall customer experience. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through strong digital community programs. Accountabilities: · Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the digital community, aligning programs to key business objectives such as onboarding acceleration, product adoption, retention, and net revenue growth. · Lead global community programs, including onboarding cohorts, user group meetings, live learning sessions, and other engagement initiatives. · Manage community technology, vendor relationships, and platform roadmaps to optimize performance, engagement, and trust. · Partner with Marketing and Education teams to integrate content, gamification, webinars, and newsletters into community channels. · Establish pathways for customer advocacy, recognition, and contributions, including VIP programs and content spotlights. · Track, analyze, and report community impact on adoption, retention, and satisfaction, adjusting programs based on data insights. · Define benchmarks and report on key community metrics, including engagement, CSAT, and program health. · 7+ years of experience in community management or digital engagement roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments. · Proven track record of building and scaling communities that deliver measurable business outcomes. · Strong strategic, operational, and program management skills, capable of owning vision and execution end-to-end. · Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize engagement, retention, and program performance. · Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams. · Familiarity with community, event, or LMS platforms, including API or automation integrations. · Passion for creating authentic, educational, and engaging spaces for customers.
