As a Senior Product Owner, you will drive the vision and execution of product initiatives, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to prioritize initiatives, define requirements, and manage backlogs. This role requires balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking, influencing stakeholders, and fostering a culture of clarity and alignment across the organization. You will act as the voice of the customer, leveraging data, feedback, and usability insights to continuously enhance the product experience. Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for: Planning and executing product initiatives end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Prioritizing and managing backlogs with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation. Engaging with customers to gather feedback, clarify needs, and validate solutions. Defining success metrics for projects and features and tracking outcomes post-release. Facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and QA validation to ensure alignment with objectives. Leading cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. Mentoring and developing other product owners, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of product excellence. Supporting GTM strategies, release notes, training materials, and internal/external communications. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent in a software environment. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with sprint management and analytics tools such as Jira, Notion, Pendo, or FullStory. Strong analytical skills for data-informed decision-making and defining meaningful KPIs. Understanding of SaaS architectures, multi-tenancy, data models, and integrations. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other team members in product ownership practices. High integrity, personal responsibility, and alignment with company core values. Legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
