As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy and driving growth for equity management solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert, connecting customer insights with strategic initiatives to communicate product value effectively. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, leading go-to-market efforts, and advocating for the product both internally and externally. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Translate technical product features into clear customer benefits and actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to align on roadmaps, campaigns, and customer feedback. Manage product marketing projects, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5–10 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in product marketing. Proven expertise or experience in equity management is preferred. Demonstrated success in executing product launches and developing marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Strong communication and persuasion skills, able to inspire both technical and business stakeholders. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
