This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for innovative corporate social responsibility (CSR) solutions. You will shape products that drive social impact, working closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that matter. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing you to influence product vision, adoption, and success metrics. You will engage with customers, monitor trends, and apply data- and AI-driven approaches to create scalable solutions. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Own and evolve the product roadmap for CSR-focused initiatives, with attention to AI-driven innovation. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Define and track success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data and insights. Ensure alignment across Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for cohesive delivery. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and CSR innovations to position products as market leaders. Build strong relationships with customers through strategic engagement, feedback loops, and events. Drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate product vision clearly to teams and leadership. Candidates should have: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of launching scalable solutions and influencing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations. Experience with AI and data-driven product initiatives, with demonstrable impact. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and end-to-end product delivery standards. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities. Ability to translate market and customer needs into actionable product requirements. Preferred qualifications: Experience in CSR or social impact-focused product development. Background in engaging and supporting enterprise customers. Remote work experience with a self-driven, collaborative mindset.
