As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the vision, planning, and execution of innovative digital products designed to transform the online consumer experience. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive measurable impact. Your role will involve market research, defining clear product requirements, managing backlogs, and guiding the development process from concept through launch. You will also define KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to continuously improve the product. Accountabilities Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and pain points to guide product strategy. Translate customer and business requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and clear product roadmaps. Prioritize and maintain the team backlog for sprint planning and product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality product releases. Manage release milestones, monitor progress, and guide the development process to ensure timely delivery. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to inform future product decisions. Serve as a product evangelist, communicating product vision and updates to internal teams and stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software or SaaS environments. Proven success in developing and executing product strategies across multiple integrated businesses. Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, including backlog management and sprint planning. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of technology, software development processes, and product lifecycle management. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
