This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multiple two-sided marketplace products. You will drive the product vision from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet customer needs, deliver business value, and support long-term marketplace growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data, research, and customer insights to shape product strategy and guide development. This position requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, mentoring team members, and influencing stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and operations. You will have full ownership of your product portfolio, optimizing both revenue and end-user value while contributing to scalable, innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Accountabilities As a Senior Product Manager, you will: Drive the vision and strategy for your product portfolio based on research, market analysis, and customer feedback. Define and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution, and iteration. Establish, monitor, and achieve target KPIs and product outcomes. Own and maintain the roadmap to ensure long-term scalability and immediate business value. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and products. Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, marketing, data analytics, customer service, and sales to launch impactful solutions. Guide user-acceptance testing, defect resolution, and post-launch optimization. Analyze market trends and product usage to refine strategy and inform future development. Candidates should have: Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in marketplaces, e-commerce, or similar industries. Expertise in outcome-prioritization frameworks and modern product-discovery methods. Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration, including use of BI and analytics dashboards. Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence technical and executive stakeholders. Comfortable with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
