This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and optimization of tools and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery for care providers. The Senior Product Manager will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to define and execute a strategic product roadmap. This position directly impacts provider satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and the quality of care delivered to members. It combines hands-on product leadership with strategic decision-making, including leveraging AI to innovate and improve existing offerings. The role also includes defining KPIs, conducting user research, and continuously refining products to meet evolving business and customer needs. Candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, experimentation, and measurable results. Accountabilities · Lead the end-to-end development of provider-facing and internal operational products, from ideation to post-launch monitoring and iteration. · Own and continuously improve critical provider efficiency and operational KPIs. · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment with organizational goals. · Incorporate AI and data-driven insights to enhance tools and workflows for providers and internal teams. · Conduct user research, testing, and experimentation to inform product improvements. · Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business objectives. · Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for new offerings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. · Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy and maintain a best-in-class provider experience. · 3–5 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in healthcare or operational tools, with exposure to early-stage or hypergrowth startup environments. · Demonstrated ability to lead complex product roadmaps and deliver tangible outcomes on operational efficiency and care delivery KPIs. · Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and launching multiple provider-facing or internal products. · Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed, strategic decisions. · Expertise in tools and methodologies for rapid prototyping, human-centered design, user research, and experimentation. · Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience in AI-powered product development is highly desirable. · Nice-to-have: experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products or workflows. · Competitive base salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD, performance-based compensation, and stock options. · Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance. · Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and 401(k) plan. · Paid time off: 12 company holidays, floating holidays, holiday shutdown, flexible PTO, and parental leave. · Health and wellness stipend, home office reimbursement, and professional development reimbursement. · Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from home. · Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and leadership in a mission-driven organization.
