Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-paced, digital or technology-driven environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of modern product and project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed decision-making mindset. Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation. Hands-on experience building automation solutions and improving operational efficiency. Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in distributed, remote settings. Comfort working across time zones and flexible schedules. Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools for prototyping and early-stage validation. Previous business analysis experience is a plus.
