This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Remote) in Washington (USA). This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and market launch of key product categories in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and competitive analysis to pricing, campaigns, and business performance optimization. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, while driving initiatives that enhance both revenue and customer impact. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a blend of analytical and creative thinking. The role offers strategic influence, ownership over critical projects, and opportunities to shape product direction while contributing to overall business growth. Accountabilities: · Lead the lifecycle management of assigned product categories, including portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization. · Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. · Manage new product development projects from ideation to launch, including business planning, market analysis, and go-to-market strategies. · Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, lead-generation activities, and digital content initiatives. · Maintain oversight of pricing strategies, margin improvements, and inventory investment plans. · Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives. · 7+ years of experience in product or category management, preferably across multiple categories. · College degree required (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Healthcare); advanced degree preferred. · Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales, margins, and pricing efficiency. · Demonstrated experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a drive for operational excellence. · Experience in medical devices or healthcare-related products is preferred. · Proven ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking while driving results. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). · Competitive salary: $110,000 – $145,000 annually, with potential bonuses and incentives. · Remote work flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration as required. · Paid time off and holidays. · 401(k) savings plan with company match. · Professional development opportunities and career growth support. · Inclusive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. · Opportunities to work on high-impact products and initiatives shaping market strategy.
