This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Integrations based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced product leader to shape the strategy and development of a comprehensive integrations ecosystem within a fast-growing security and compliance technology environment. In this role, you will drive the evolution of an extensive integration catalog, helping customers connect their existing tools and streamline compliance workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and cross-functional product teams to deliver impactful capabilities. By translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear product roadmap, you will improve connectivity, data accessibility, and automation across the platform. You will also influence how integrations are discovered, configured, and maintained, ensuring they deliver measurable customer value. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical product expertise, strategic thinking, and customer-focused innovation in a remote-first environment. \n Accountabilities Drive integrations strategy and roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for new integrations and expanded capabilities, balancing customer feedback, business priorities, input from other product teams, and market opportunities. Lead product planning and prioritization: Partner with engineering and design teams to manage backlogs, sequence development initiatives, and make informed decisions about integration depth, functionality, and delivery timelines. Develop the integrations ecosystem: Oversee product development across multiple integration categories, including HR information systems, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, security platforms, and ticketing solutions. Collaborate with strategic partners: Work closely with partnership leaders to identify and activate relevant technology partners ahead of development and coordinate ongoing integration improvements. Maintain and optimize existing integrations: Ensure established integrations remain reliable, relevant, and effective while identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and customer experience. Gather and translate customer insights: Engage directly with customers to understand integration challenges, document requirements, and incorporate feedback into product decisions and prioritization. Improve adoption and discoverability: Collaborate with marketing and customer-facing teams on product messaging, training, enablement, and field initiatives that help customers find, configure, and use integrations effectively. Measure product performance: Define and monitor metrics related to integration coverage, functionality, data availability, and customer compliance outcomes, using insights to guide future investments. Leverage AI and emerging technologies: Explore responsible ways to use AI tools to improve product workflows, accelerate analysis, and enhance decision-making. Requirements Product management experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in integrations, platform products, or technology ecosystems. Proven integration expertise: Demonstrated success prioritizing, developing, and delivering integrations that create measurable customer value. Experience managing an integration catalog or owning a specific integration category is highly desirable. Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, authentication mechanisms, permissions, and data connectivity. Strategic prioritization: Ability to apply structured prioritization frameworks, balance competing demands, and make thoughtful decisions about product investments and development sequencing. Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working effectively with engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, and other product teams to align stakeholders and deliver shared outcomes. Customer-centric mindset: Ability to engage with customers, identify underlying needs, translate feedback into actionable requirements, and connect product decisions to business impact. Planning and execution: Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple workstreams, managing roadmaps, and communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts, articulate product strategy, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders. AI readiness: Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to use AI responsibly to improve productivity, strengthen analysis, and support better product outcomes.
