We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, including procurement, contract management, supplier onboarding, and payment platforms. This role will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows, enhance compliance, and implement scalable, automated solutions. You will guide system enhancements from concept to launch, leverage emerging technologies and AI, and ensure the organization derives maximum value from its procurement ecosystem. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational efficiency, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape the future of procurement technology at scale. You will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and champion best practices across the P2P lifecycle. Accountabilities: As a Senior Product Manager for Procurement Systems, you will: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for P2P platforms, collaborating with cross-functional business and technology partners. Engage with stakeholders to deeply understand procurement, contract, supplier, and payment workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. Guide enhancements, integrations, and implementations for systems like IronClad, ServiceNow, Coupa, and NetSuite. Ensure processes and solutions are scalable, compliant, and optimized for efficiency and user experience. Champion automation, AI, and other emerging technologies to streamline workflows across the procurement lifecycle. Drive alignment, influence cross-functional teams, and communicate the value and impact of Procurement Systems initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years managing P2P or enterprise financial systems. Proven success in building or scaling P2P systems supporting end-to-end procurement and payment processes. Deep understanding of procurement, contract management, supplier management, accounts payable, and finance workflows. Strong analytical skills and commitment to data accuracy, compliance, and process optimization. Experience launching enterprise-wide systems or enhancements successfully. Ability to combine business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs. Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills to partner with stakeholders across functions. Ability to make decisions, iterate on solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Competitive annual cash compensation range: $158,100 – $190,000 USD.
