We are seeking a data-driven Senior Product Data Analyst to help shape product strategy and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define key metrics, build dashboards, and evaluate experiments that inform product decisions. You will conduct advanced analyses, translate insights into clear narratives, and guide decision-making with both quantitative and qualitative evidence. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and efficiency of products while ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. Accountabilities Define, track, and report on key results (KRs) and driver KPIs for product initiatives. Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into customer behavior and product performance. Conduct advanced analyses to uncover opportunities, inform product decisions, and optimize outcomes. Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks. Translate technical data insights into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics priorities with business goals and product strategy. Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance throughout the analytics pipeline. Support data science initiatives and provide input into machine learning and modeling projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, or product analytics roles. Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling (e.g., dbt), with experience building dashboards in tools such as Tableau. Experience designing and measuring experiments, including A/B testing frameworks. Knowledge of Python and machine learning-based modeling is highly desired. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate insights for diverse audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence technical and product decisions.
