The Senior Product Analyst will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making for the Predictions and Sports product line. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for sports, using data to optimize user engagement, trading activity, and overall product performance. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and operators to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, guide experimentation frameworks, and improve market liquidity and order book health. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes ownership of defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior, and influencing cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and enhance user experience. Accountabilities Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to guide product performance, trading activity, and user growth. Conduct market liquidity analysis, optimizing depth, spreads, and order book health. Analyze user behavior, trading patterns, and price sensitivity to identify product opportunities. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams on event tracking, data quality, and experimentation frameworks. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Influence decision-making through clear data storytelling and rigorous analysis. 4+ years of experience in product analytics, sports analytics, or quantitative/data science roles. Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Looker, or Mixpanel. Familiarity with A/B testing and product experimentation frameworks. Strong knowledge of sports and understanding of market dynamics. Experience in market liquidity analysis, including depth, spread, execution quality, and market-making behavior. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to challenge assumptions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and own the narrative with data.
