This role plays a crucial part in shaping the pricing and commercial strategies by driving revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong background in data science, transforming complex data into actionable insights. They will collaborate with various departments, influence decision-making, and ensure that data-driven strategies align with business objectives. Success in this role requires not only technical expertise but also exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. \n Accountabilities Design, develop, and implement advanced pricing models and algorithms to optimize pricing for products. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to enhance commercial strategies. Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Partner closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their challenges and objectives. Champion the use of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Build and deploy predictive models to forecast demand and identify customer churn risks. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the impact of pricing changes. Ensure data quality and integrity while working with large datasets. Requirements Expert proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis. Strong experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable. Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Proven capability to translate business challenges into data science opportunities. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
