This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Derex Technologies Inc. We are currently looking for a Senior Power BI Developer / BI Analyst in United States. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive impactful decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform complex data into interactive, actionable insights using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. The position emphasizes both technical proficiency and strategic collaboration, requiring a focus on high-quality reporting, data modeling, and visualization. You will play a key role in enhancing analytics workflows, ensuring performance and usability, and mentoring others in BI best practices. This is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys translating data into business value in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Accountabilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to meet business needs. • Implement best practices for data visualization, performance tuning, and user experience. • Integrate Microsoft Fabric to enhance data connectivity, ETL processes, and analytics workflows. • Conduct unit testing to ensure accuracy, validity, and integrity of reports and datasets. • Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continually improve solutions. • 7+ years of experience in Power BI development and BI analysis. • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric and advanced data visualization techniques. • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes. • Experience with Power BI deployment and performance optimization. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. • Competitive salary for the role. • Flexible paid time off. • Health, dental, and vision coverage. • Opportunities for professional development and skill growth. • Exposure to cutting-edge BI technologies and analytics practices.
