In this role, you will contribute significantly to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology. You will work in a dynamic environment, solving complex challenges that influence patient care directly. The position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, engage in code reviews, and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. Together, you will build scalable solutions that ensure timely and efficient communication within the healthcare sector. Accountabilities • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, well-structured code for core services. • Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and observability. • Mentor junior engineers through technical challenges and code reviews. • Foster a collaborative team culture by providing constructive feedback. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives. Requirements • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#. • 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web API. • Expert knowledge of designing and building RESTful web APIs. • Strong understanding of .NET data access frameworks (ADO.NET, Dapper, EF, etc.). • Proficiency in MSSQL or similar relational databases. • Experience in unit and integration testing techniques. • Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams. • Proficient with Git and CI/CD tools.
