This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, MHPSS Technical Lead - REMOTE. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) across the AEMEA region. You will lead the implementation of strategies that drive effective programmatic outcomes and ensure quality assurance for vulnerable populations. Collaboration with various stakeholders and thought leadership within the global MHPSS community will be essential. Your insights and innovative approaches will help shape the future of mental health interventions in the region. \n Accountabilities Complete pending components of the global MHPSS strategy with input from technical stakeholders. Co-lead internal global-technical working groups for strategic planning and alignment. Identify opportunities for innovation in program approaches and pilot new solutions. Engage in thought leadership by contributing lessons learned and emerging best practices. Analyze MHPSS training and resource inventory and standardize resources across programs. Collaborate to develop systems and tools ensuring safe and accountable programming. Establish monitoring mechanisms to assess technical quality and program impact. Requirements Proven experience in MHPSS leadership and program development. Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic plans. Experience in capacity building and training of staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of mental health best practices and frameworks. Experience working with vulnerable populations in different cultural contexts.
