In this role, you will optimize marketing technology infrastructure and drive high-impact campaigns for major events, revenue-generating initiatives, and audience engagement programs. You will leverage deep expertise in marketing automation, database management, and campaign operations to improve conversion rates, maintain data integrity, and implement sophisticated workflows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic marketing goals into technical execution, develop dashboards for real-time performance insights, and ensure compliance with data regulations. Accountabilities Optimize marketing automation platforms and contact databases to maximize audience reach, engagement, and conversion. Build, execute, and monitor email campaigns, workflows, and segmentation strategies to improve ticket sales and lead generation. Implement lead scoring, routing, and re-engagement programs to enhance registration conversion and database health. Develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time insights for leadership and campaign optimization. Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across marketing channels using UTM standards and analytics tools. Conduct quality assurance on email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows prior to launch. Maintain compliance with GDPR/CCPA and establish data governance frameworks. Document workflows, create scalable processes, and support cross-functional team collaboration. 5+ years of marketing operations experience with deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Proven track record optimizing marketing databases, automation workflows, and campaign performance. Strong technical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with campaign execution. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from performance data. Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing technology integrations. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Ability to manage compliance, data governance, and technical infrastructure for marketing operations. Competitive annual cash compensation range: $92,000 – $138,000 USD.
