In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, growth, and retention in key academic and research segments. Your insights will translate into actionable strategies and messaging that resonates with our customer base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings are well-positioned in the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and data-driven, adept at navigating complex environments to achieve measurable results. \n Accountabilities Develop a strong understanding of key customer segments and markets, including librarians and researchers. Identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies. Create compelling persona-based value propositions and segment narratives. Develop and execute marketing programs supporting product launches and thought leadership initiatives. Collaborate with teams to build and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities. Create sales enablement tools and messaging briefs that enhance the buyer journey. Streamline content development processes and sales readiness efforts through collaboration. Partner with sales teams to improve commercial effectiveness through training and resources. Requirements 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or product marketing, preferably in SaaS or academic sectors. Proven track record in go-to-market strategies that yield measurable outcomes. Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, familiar with Challenger Sales methodology. Experience creating enablement content, narratives, and digital marketing assets. Analytical mindset with a strong focus on using metrics for strategy optimization. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
