This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management in the United States. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead digital product initiatives across the organization. This role involves defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, deliver innovative solutions, and drive adoption of digital products that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Accountabilities Define and communicate the digital product vision and strategy, partnering with business and technical teams. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into executable tasks for engineering and analytics teams. Develop prototypes, release plans, and resource allocations to deliver high-value features efficiently. Conduct build versus buy analyses and assess changes in business needs to adapt product direction. Lead change management efforts and drive adoption of digital solutions across the organization. Design and implement intuitive dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and user interfaces to improve decision-making. Collaborate with communication and development teams on product launches, branding, education, and demonstrations. Analyze clinical and operational data, ensuring robust extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple data sources using SQL and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure). Monitor product performance and generate insights for continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in life sciences or healthcare. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry and digital product development. Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with agile methodology and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Skilled in data visualization, UI/UX design, predictive analytics, and digital product tools. Strong prioritization, delegation, and project management abilities. Competitive salary: $149,400 – $194,400 annually. Participation in annual bonus or incentive plans depending on role.
