Evaluate documentation and launch materials for clarity and quality. Monitor performance through data analysis, identifying innovation opportunities. Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to market readiness. Resolve cross-team issues impacting product quality and delivery. Support product leadership through all lifecycle stages, shaping vision and priorities. Communicate product strategy to stakeholders, building consensus. Provide direction, set goals, and develop a high-performing team. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or analysis. At least 2 years of leadership experience in Property & Casualty products. Strong skills in MS Office applications and database tools. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
