In this role, you will play a vital part in leading strategic paid social marketing initiatives. Your expertise will directly contribute to our clients' growth by developing effective strategies and managing execution. You will engage with clients, inspire your team, and innovate to create impactful campaigns. Your leadership will be essential in transforming client objectives into measurable results while fostering a collaborative remote working environment. \n Accountabilities Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies. Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance and mentorship. Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing. Utilize analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations. Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates. Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on optimization and improvement. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record. Experience with platforms such as Meta and TikTok; other platforms like Pinterest and Snapchat are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Management experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use analytics tools effectively. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Sheets.
