In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer experiences through effective content strategies across various digital platforms. Shape and execute the content strategy for AI-powered customer experiences. Develop a clear vision for how content meets user needs and supports business goals. Establish frameworks and governance for UX content and conversation design. Integrate content early in the product development process across teams. Design conversational experiences that enhance trust and context-awareness. Create efficient operating rhythms for high-quality content decisions. Utilize customer insights and research to prioritize content strategies. Ensure consistency across various customer journeys and interaction models. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans and outcomes. Promote accessibility and inclusivity in all content experiences. Enhance methods and tools for effective content design and delivery. Requirements 12+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields. 5+ years of management experience leading content strategy teams. Experience in designing agentic or conversational user experiences. Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and management. Expertise in content design principles and customer-centered writing. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment. Strong skills in systems thinking across multi-channel user journeys. Excellent storytelling and communication capabilities. Experience with metrics-analysis to enhance content efficacy.
