In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of mid-market Account Executives to drive revenue growth while developing a high-performing, motivated sales organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and HR, to align sales strategies with business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact the organization’s market expansion, customer satisfaction, and team development. Success in this role depends on building strong customer relationships, driving pipeline performance, and translating market insights into actionable sales strategies. \n Accountabilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of mid-market Account Executives to achieve individual and team revenue targets. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to support growth within the mid-market segment. Monitor sales performance, pipeline metrics, and quota attainment, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams to execute go-to-market strategies and optimize sales outcomes. Serve as a key executive contact for strategic customer deals and support negotiations to ensure satisfaction and retention. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and drive business results. Requirements: Several years of sales management experience, preferably in software or SaaS, selling to mid-market companies. Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling principles. Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies and identify new market opportunities. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and data analysis. Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable sales insights. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and key customers.
