This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing & Community in the United States. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of content marketing initiatives aimed at educating and engaging core audiences with practical, real-world AI insights. You will develop a content hub that encourages contributions from customers and internal experts, create multi-format educational materials, and oversee the company’s social media presence. This role requires a creative storyteller who can simplify complex information into compelling content while driving pipeline and engagement. You will work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and practice management teams to surface key topics, repurpose content for campaigns, and activate influencers. The position is individual contributor (IC) focused, providing an opportunity to shape content strategy, community engagement, and brand influence in a high-growth environment. \n Accountabilities: Build and maintain a public-facing content hub that encourages participation from customers and internal experts. Leverage internal and external contributors to create educational resources in text, video, visuals, and other formats. Collaborate with practice management, sales, and customer success teams to identify content opportunities and key topics. Repurpose content for account-based marketing campaigns, product launches, demand generation initiatives, and social media channels. Develop and execute an education-first social media program targeting executives and key stakeholders. Activate and manage influencer relationships, tracking results and expanding engagement. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience at a B2B software company with a focus on content marketing and community programs. Proven experience establishing repeatable processes for multi-format content creation (text, video, visuals, etc.). Experience building sustainable communities, advisory networks, or advocacy programs that drive engagement and pipeline. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical information and data into compelling content. Experience managing social media channels and executive thought leadership programs. Demonstrated ability to create, launch, track, and scale content and community programs end-to-end. Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
