This role plays a crucial part in the strategic oversight and execution of the revenue cycle, focusing specifically on optimizing collections and minimizing bad debt. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective strategies, ensuring strict compliance with regulations while driving improvements across the collections processes. Your expertise will help enhance overall cash flow performance while managing relationships with various stakeholders, making a significant impact on our financial success. \n Accountabilities Oversee the entire revenue cycle process including billing, premium adjustments, audit execution, and collections. Develop and implement a collections strategy that balances customer retention with financial discipline. Design account escalation frameworks for delinquent balances, leveraging technology to reduce charge-offs. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for collections, providing data-driven insights. Requirements 10+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management, preferably in commercial insurance. Track record of improving recovery rates and reducing bad debt write-offs. Strong leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
