In this role, you will help define the next generation of AI-driven conversational platforms, applying cutting-edge Generative AI and NLP research to create intelligent solutions at scale. Accountabilities: Lead the exploration, design, and deployment of Large Language Models and Generative AI systems to power next-generation conversational AI. Translate the latest research into practical, high-performing ML models that enhance user experiences and product capabilities. Contribute to the strategic direction of the team, fostering innovation and professional growth among peers. Drive the full development cycle of ML solutions, from ideation and experimentation to implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to align ML initiatives with business objectives. Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve the performance of deployed ML systems to ensure scalability and reliability. 5+ years of software development experience in ML infrastructure, ML tooling, or products leveraging machine learning. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with the broader ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, FAISS, Elasticsearch). Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. Passion for engineering, innovation, and building a strong, positive team culture. Proven ability to solve ambiguous technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
