You will contribute to the evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment of state-of-the-art multi-modality models, supporting training and evaluation at scale. Accountabilities Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art multi-modality machine learning models for search and mining needs. Perform fine-tuning, model evaluation, and bulk inference for large-scale ML systems. Integrate machine learning solutions with distributed data infrastructure, compute platforms, labeling systems, and simulation pipelines. Develop scalable and cost-efficient data processing pipelines and backend systems. Support autonomous vehicle (AV) and robotics projects by addressing data quality and performance challenges. Implement AI-agent capabilities and orchestrate data pipelines across distributed environments. Provide technical mentorship and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure extensibility and robustness. 4+ years of experience in robotics, latency-sensitive backend services, or large-scale ML systems. Strong experience in machine learning, classification, and multiple modality models. Proficient in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Expert programming skills in modern C++ or Python. Experience in profiling CPU/GPU software, process scheduling, and optimization. Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures across multiple systems. Excellent judgment in balancing coding, design, technical strategy, and mentorship. Passion for autonomous vehicle or robotics technology and continuous learning of emerging AI methods.
