In this role, you will act as a crucial connection point for legislative content and strategy across North America, significantly impacting how legislation is documented and maintained. Your expertise will guide editorial processes to achieve regulatory compliance and enhance auto-generated datasets. Collaborating with both local and global teams, you will refine workflows and implement AI-driven strategies for legislative content management, making a difference in how we approach legislation in a digital era. \n Accountabilities Act as the primary SME for legislation across North America and Canada, maintaining deep knowledge of local frameworks. Advise on authoritative sources, acquisition models, and update frequency across multiple projects. Define content acquisition requirements to ensure reliable source coverage aligned with global standards. Provide expert guidance on conversion rules and publication workflows to meet product strategy. Develop and implement content strategies aligned with customer needs and global product roadmaps. Identify new legislative opportunities and improvements in coverage. Translate legislative and editorial requirements into actionable backlogs and user stories. Lead defining editorial requirements for CMSs and workflows to support legislative content. Produce high-quality editorial estimates for various activities. Identify scope risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize editorial workflows. Test and provide feedback on new tools and enhancements. Coordinate editorial expertise across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and compliance. Requirements Law degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in legal research, editorial roles, or legislative content management. Proven ability to lead agile ceremonies and apply agile methodologies. Demonstrated AI fluency with practical experience in editorial automation. Strong understanding of legislative frameworks in the specialist jurisdiction and other major jurisdictions. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional teams. Expertise with emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering.
