This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior IT Technical Lead based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Technical Lead to own and evolve a critical ecosystem of product information, digital asset management, and integration platforms. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and Boomi while designing integrations across CRM, e-commerce, analytics, and manufacturing ERP systems. You will combine technical architecture and platform engineering with data governance, project delivery, and vendor management. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure reliable data flows, scalable solutions, and consistent product information across the organization. You will also support digital commerce initiatives, system integrations following acquisitions, and continuous improvements across a complex, multi-brand environment. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys solving enterprise challenges while shaping long-term technology strategy. \n Accountabilities: Platform Ownership and Governance: Own the roadmaps, configuration standards, environments, releases, licensing, security roles, documentation, performance, and continuous improvement of inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and Boomi. Integration Architecture: Design and maintain end-to-end integration architecture across product information, digital assets, CRM, e-commerce, web platforms, analytics, and manufacturing ERP systems. Define systems of record, data flows, interface contracts, and appropriate integration patterns. Boomi Development and Operations: Build, test, and deploy integration processes using reusable components, effective logging, monitoring, alerting, exception handling, and lifecycle management practices. Enterprise Systems Integration: Connect acquired-company and legacy systems while balancing implementation speed, operational reliability, scalability, and architectural consistency. Master Data Management: Establish product and digital asset data strategies, including ownership, lifecycle management, taxonomy, data models, governance practices, and measurable data-quality standards. Analytics and Reporting Enablement: Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure platform data is accurately integrated into Microsoft Fabric and supports reliable Power BI reporting. End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead platform and integration projects from requirements gathering and estimation through planning, resource allocation, risk management, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-launch support. Technical and Stakeholder Leadership: Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, lead architecture and design reviews, communicate project status to executives, and act as an escalation point for complex platform, integration, and data issues. Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee software vendors and implementation partners, managing statements of work, service-level agreements, escalations, licensing, renewals, roadmap reviews, delivery quality, and cost-effectiveness. Internal Capability Development: Strengthen internal expertise through technical documentation, training, mentoring, and business-user enablement. Contribute to broader IT strategy, acquisition integration, and digital commerce roadmaps. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 8 years of enterprise IT experience with increasing technical responsibility, including 3 or more years in a senior, lead, or architecture-focused role. Hands-on experience owning and managing a Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. Experience with inRiver and Bynder is strongly preferred, although comparable platforms with transferable expertise are acceptable. Practical experience in integration development and architecture using an integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). Boomi is strongly preferred; experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or SnapLogic is also relevant. Experience integrating enterprise applications across CRM, e-commerce, content and digital experience platforms, order management, and ERP environments. Strong understanding of master data management, including data modeling, taxonomy design, governance, stewardship, and data-quality measurement. Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology projects while managing delivery commitments, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Practical vendor management experience, including statements of work, service-level agreements, escalations, licensing, and contract renewals. Working knowledge of APIs, REST and SOAP services, JSON and XML, data transformation, and SQL. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and build credibility with engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. A master’s degree is an advantage. inRiver, Bynder, and/or Boomi certifications, or equivalent demonstrated technical expertise, are preferred. Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, multi-brand product organizations, or acquisition-driven integration environments is desirable. Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Power BI semantic models, or Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ is beneficial. Knowledge of product data standards and syndication to distributor and marketplace channels is an advantage. PMP, Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, ITIL, or comparable professional certifications are desirable.
