In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to application and infrastructure systems. You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of critical information systems while maintaining relationships across teams. The position demands strategic oversight in managing performance and deliverables from a diverse team operating across multiple time zones. Your leadership will contribute to ensuring that solutions are stable and effective, driving innovation to enhance business services. Furthermore, you will also play a key role in mentoring staff and navigating the evolving landscape of technology. \n Accountabilities Partner with Business Sponsors to assess technical feasibility for system changes. Lead strategic operational planning with business customers. Provide functional management for Project Managers. Determine scope and business requirements for changes. Review proposals for IT resource utilization. Manage the execution of departmental projects. Ensure Service Level Agreements are established. Oversee collaboration between support organizations and development teams. Maintain customer relationships through regular communication. Coordinate resources across the Information Technology Department. Develop project plans including resources and budgets. Manage team performance, staffing, and development. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Foster a commitment to excellent service. Contribute to the evolution of software development processes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred. 6-8 years of Information Technology experience required. 5+ years of relevant WMS experience. Experience with Labor Management systems and reporting tools. 2-5 years of Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL experience. Leadership experience in diverse team settings. Ability to manage vendor relationships. Knowledge of Supply Chain business practices. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Proficient in communication and customer relations. Benefits Flexible remote work options.
